Calendar

Sign-in is Google OAuth for your primary account (a work or organization email on a non-consumer domain (not personal providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, or similar free email services)). You can link additional Google accounts for calendar read access.

What we read

Read-only access to event title, start and end time, and attendee names and emails. We do not read descriptions, locations, or conferencing links.

Reminders

Optional notification about ten minutes before an event. Disable in Settings → Notifications.

Multiple accounts

Connect more than one Google account from Settings → Calendar.

Revoking access

Disconnect secondary calendars in hawkO. For sign-in access, revoke at Google account permissions. See the Privacy Policy and support for deletion requests.
